All reservations require a credit card number to secure the booking.
The cost of the first night will be charged to the credit card as a deposit. Singing Surf reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee (deposit) in the following conditions:
Cancelled reservations within 2 days s of the reserved arrival date
No show

Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in
Children 12 and under can stay in the room with their parents free of charge if room occupancy allows it
No smoking inside the building or within six meters of a doorway, open windows or air intake of common enclosed areas
Pets will be allowed in pet-friendly rooms only (Please make the request at the time of reservation.)
We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings
Guests will be charged for damages caused by them (wine stains, burns, cuts)
We are not responsible for personal injuries during the stay in our facilities
